Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Load and unload materials and finished products from production lines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with packaging and labelling of finished goods.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental protection.
  • Participate in training and development programs as required.
