Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and finished products from production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
- Assist with packaging and labelling of finished goods.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental protection.
