Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
- Dust, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and polish furniture ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Remove trash, debris, and soiled linens from rooms and designated areas, transporting them to appropriate disposal or laundry zones.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs, reporting any damages, malfunctions, or safety hazards promptly.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked cart with all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests for additional supplies or services.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and periodic tasks as required by management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
