Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of various visa and immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain client files, both physical and digital, with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to collect required documentation and provide updates on application status.
  • Conduct research on immigration policies, procedures, and updates as directed by senior consultants.
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, and other necessary documents for submission to immigration authorities.
  • Track application deadlines and follow up on pending matters to ensure timely processing.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing office supplies.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
