Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transporting bags efficiently and safely to and from rooms and vehicles.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel features, services, and local amenities clearly and engagingly.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
- Assist guests with special requests, inquiries, and problem resolution with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Coordinate effectively with the Front Desk and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle guest parcels, mail, and messages, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer assistance before being asked, demonstrating intuitive service.
- Operate hotel vehicles (if applicable and licensed) for guest transport or errands, adhering to all safety regulations.
