Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Doctor to join a dynamic healthcare team in Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, examinations, and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, both acute and chronic.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medication and recommending further diagnostic tests.
- Provide empathetic and clear communication with patients and their families regarding diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment options.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient medical records.
- Adhere strictly to medical ethics, professional standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development and medical education programs.
- Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure holistic patient care.
Required Skills
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MBBCh/MD)
- Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria
- Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC/residency clinical experience
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and basic IT tools
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)

- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
