Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of broadcast audio, video, and RF equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install and configure new broadcast systems and software, ensuring seamless integration.
- Monitor broadcast transmissions for quality, compliance, and signal integrity.
- Provide technical support to production teams and operational staff.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and repair histories.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and technology migrations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in broadcast audio and video signal paths, formats, and standards.
- Strong understanding of RF transmission principles and equipment.
- Experience with IP-based broadcast workflows and networking fundamentals.
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex technical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
