Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the operations team, ensuring smooth daily workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to petroleum operations and inventory.
  • Assist in the coordination of equipment, materials, and personnel for various operational sites and projects.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams, office staff, and external partners as required.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor stock levels of operational supplies and consumables, initiating reorder requests when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proven organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
