Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled tradespeople (e.g., pipefitters, welders, heavy equipment operators) with various tasks.
- Digging trenches, backfilling, and performing other excavation-related duties using hand tools and power tools.
- Loading, unloading, and distributing construction materials and equipment on site.
- Preparing and cleaning work sites, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Operating basic hand and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., shovels, rakes, jackhammers, plate compactors).
- Flagging traffic and assisting with traffic control around construction zones when required.
- Performing manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
- Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines, including pipe handling and positioning.
- Strictly adhering to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Participating in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Reporting any unsafe conditions or practices to supervisors immediately.
- Contributing positively to a team-oriented work environment.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual labour for extended periods.

- First Aid certification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
