Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic technical support to end-users, addressing queries and resolving common IT issues.

- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques for various IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Document technical processes, solutions, and inventory records accurately.
