Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with internal protocols.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and conferences, including sending invitations and managing attendees.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using various software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Handle email correspondence, filtering, prioritizing, and responding to inquiries as appropriate.
- Conduct online research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to multiple team members and departments, adapting to diverse needs.

Required Skills
