Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, sales, marketing).
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and company standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
  • Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and foster a positive, productive team environment.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, specifically managing software development or IT projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce products.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing projects with global teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
