Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and handle luggage as required.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about resort facilities, local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, lounges, and communal spaces, ensuring they meet resort standards.
  • Support various resort departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk operations, as needed.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of resort events, meetings, or recreational activities.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
  • Process guest transactions accurately, including payments and billing inquiries.
  • Monitor resort amenities and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a hospitality or service-oriented role.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a resort, hotel, or leisure facility.
  • Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) or reservation software.
  • First Aid and/or CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service.
