Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Verify accuracy of outgoing and incoming shipments against delivery manifests.
- Safely transport goods to and from designated locations, including customer residences and businesses.
- Help navigate routes and optimize delivery schedules under the driver's guidance.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, representing Career.zycto with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Provide general support to the delivery team as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or labor-intensive role is an asset, but not required.
