Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all event attendees and staff.
- Perform access control duties, including checking tickets, credentials, and managing entry/exit points.
- Monitor crowd behaviour and movements, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Provide clear directions and information to attendees, offering exceptional customer service.
- Respond calmly and effectively to minor incidents, emergencies, or disturbances as trained.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to ensure adherence to event policies and safety regulations.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or incidents to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, event organizers, and emergency services as required.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and relevant safety legislation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Alberta Security Guard Licence (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe upon hiring).
