Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials for all incoming and outgoing personnel and vehicles.
- Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate logs of all individuals entering and exiting the premises.
- Operate and monitor security gate equipment, including barriers, cameras, and communication systems.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to ensure perimeter security and identify potential hazards or unauthorized activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms or unusual occurrences, following established emergency procedures.
- Maintain clear and concise daily reports of all activities, incidents, and observations.
- Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors and staff, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Collaborate with the security team and management to address any security concerns or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all company security policies and procedures.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and provide support during critical incidents.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency for logging and report writing
- Excellent observational and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adhere to security protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or public-facing role
