Key Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple CCTV screens diligently, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or potential security breaches.
- Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken accurately in detailed reports and logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms and alerts, assessing situations and escalating to appropriate personnel or emergency services as per established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with on-site security teams, management, and law enforcement agencies.
- Perform routine checks of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any technical issues.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and relevant data protection regulations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all monitored information and incidents.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
