Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Assist skilled tradespersons and operators with their duties, providing support as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
  • Participate in site inductions and safety briefings, understanding and implementing all directives.
  • Load and unload materials and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  • Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on tools and equipment as instructed.

Required Skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous manual labour for extended periods.
