Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Assist skilled tradespersons and operators with their duties, providing support as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
- Participate in site inductions and safety briefings, understanding and implementing all directives.
- Load and unload materials and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on tools and equipment as instructed.
