Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, informing them of daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
