Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary, to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining guest records.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with reservations and booking management as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
