Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining guest records.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with reservations and booking management as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
