Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, recruitment, and execution of various user research activities, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and focus groups.
- Collect and organize qualitative and quantitative user data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Help analyze research findings to identify user behaviors, pain points, motivations, and unmet needs.
- Prepare clear and concise summaries, reports, and presentations of research insights for cross-functional teams.
- Support the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts based on research data.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research insights into design and product decisions.
- Maintain research documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and tools.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in UX research.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of fundamental UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
