Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistent attention to detail.
- Inspect products for quality control, identify defects, and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished goods for shipment.
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Adhere to production schedules, output targets, and operational deadlines.
- Learn and adapt to new production techniques, processes, and equipment as introduced.
Required Skills
