Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business expansion goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new business opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating client communications.
  • Track sales performance metrics and contribute to sales reports and analyses.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales and business development efforts.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed to gain experience and provide support.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
