Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate guest needs.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks across various hospitality departments (e.g., front desk, F&B, housekeeping).
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, guest rooms, and event spaces.
  • Support event setup, breakdown, and service delivery as required.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain inventory and restock supplies efficiently.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management across different client locations.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in varied environments.

Preferred Qualifications
