Key Responsibilities
- Assist stylists and technicians with client preparations, including shampooing, conditioning, and applying treatments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring workstations, reception areas, and restrooms are spotless.
- Prepare and tidy up styling stations before and after each client appointment.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding towels and capes.
- Greet clients warmly, offer refreshments, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Support reception duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments when needed.
- Sterilize and sanitize tools and equipment according to salon hygiene standards.
- Learn and demonstrate basic styling techniques under direct supervision.
