Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve simple food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, serving counters, dining spaces, and equipment.
- Restock display cases, condiments, and serving stations as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory control and receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
