Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications.
- Perform in-depth analysis of existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and business users to design, test, and implement new technology solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed technological changes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system manuals, and user guides.
- Provide support for system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on scope and on schedule.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technology Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, process mapping).
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
