Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
