Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and schedule content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to current and future marketing efforts.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including email newsletters, blog posts, website content, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Assist with website updates and content management as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing coordination or similar role, preferably with a focus on campaigns and social media.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging content.
