Key Responsibilities

  • Perform extensive data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and anomalies.
  • Develop and implement data validation rules, quality checks, and monitoring procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Design and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to track performance and progress.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with data architects, developers, and business users to improve data quality processes.
  • Document data quality procedures, definitions, and business rules.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst or similar data-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience with data profiling and data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
