Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Greenhouse Workers to join our team in Kirkland, Montreal, for an immediate start. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, from planting and transplanting seedlings to harvesting mature crops. You’ll be working closely with our experienced horticultural team, learning best practices in plant cultivation, pest management, and environmental control. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to learn and grow within the agricultural sector. Previous experience in a greenhouse or agricultural setting is a plus, but not strictly required; we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to commit. Key Responsibilities
- Planting, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting various crops and ornamental plants.
- Monitoring plant health and identifying signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies.
- Applying organic pest control methods and fertilizers as directed.
- Watering plants manually or by operating irrigation systems.
- Maintaining a clean and organized greenhouse environment, including weeding and tidying work areas.
- Assisting with the preparation of growing media and propagation.
- Operating basic greenhouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the Greenhouse Supervisor.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
