Job Description

Are you a data visionary with a passion for transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights? Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team in Oxford. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between raw data and strategic business decisions, directly impacting our operational efficiency, market positioning, and overall growth trajectory.

You will be at the forefront of our data initiatives, designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated dashboards and reports that provide critical visibility into our performance. This isn’t just about crunching numbers; it’s about understanding the story the data tells, identifying trends, uncovering hidden opportunities, and proactively flagging potential risks. You will collaborate closely with various departments—from marketing and sales to operations and finance—to understand their analytical needs and translate them into robust BI solutions.

Your daily tasks will involve diving deep into large datasets, utilizing advanced SQL queries, and leveraging powerful BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to build compelling data visualizations. You will perform root cause analysis for business challenges, forecast future trends, and develop predictive models that inform tactical and strategic planning. A key part of your contribution will be to present your findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving informed decision-making across the organization.

We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, who possesses an insatiable curiosity, and who constantly seeks to improve data quality and reporting processes. If you’re eager to make a tangible impact, contribute to a culture of continuous learning, and grow your expertise within a forward-thinking company, Career.zycto offers an exceptional platform for your career aspirations. We value innovation, precision, and the ability to turn data into a strategic advantage, and we’re excited to see how your skills will help us achieve our ambitious goals.
