Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytical outputs.
- Support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data-driven insights.
- Present analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Expertise in at least one major BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
