Career.zycto is seeking an experienced and highly motivated CRM Analyst specializing in Support and Retention to join our remote team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and drive long-term loyalty. You will be responsible for diving deep into our CRM platforms and customer interactions, extracting actionable insights that inform our customer support processes and retention campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM data to identify key customer segments, behaviors, and pain points impacting satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies and campaigns to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Monitor customer support metrics and feedback, providing insights to optimize service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and consistent messaging.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for retention initiatives, reporting on performance and recommending improvements.
- Generate comprehensive reports on CRM performance, customer lifetime value, churn rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and enhance data quality within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in CRM, customer support, and retention strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CRM Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on support and retention.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
