Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled landscapers with site preparation, including digging, raking, and clearing debris.
- Help with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying turf.
- Support in the installation of hardscaping elements such as patios, pathways, and garden features.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, leaf blowers).
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure a clean work site.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Assist with watering, weeding, mulching, and general garden maintenance tasks.
- Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project completion on schedule.
