Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding and alighting, paying special attention to children, the elderly, and individuals with special needs.
- Assist passengers with storing luggage safely and securely within the bus.
- Maintain a respectful and orderly environment on the bus, addressing any disruptive behavior calmly and professionally.
- Monitor passenger conduct and ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations throughout the journey.
- Support the bus driver by monitoring the interior and exterior of the bus, especially during turns, stops, and reversing maneuvers, communicating potential hazards.
- Ensure all safety features, such as emergency exits and first-aid kits, are accessible and operational.
- Respond to passenger inquiries, provide route information, and offer assistance with general travel needs.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues to the driver and relevant authorities promptly and accurately.
- Assist with the general cleanliness and tidiness of the bus interior during and between trips.
- Verify passenger tickets or fares as required by company policy.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
