Career.zycto is expanding its dynamic Remote Division and is seeking an exceptionally motivated and client-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who excels at cultivating strong, enduring relationships with our diverse client base, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and partnership expansion. As a Remote Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, operating with a high degree of autonomy and trust from your home office. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships through regular, proactive communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges to effectively position Career.zycto's solutions and services.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback internally to contribute to product/service improvement and development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
  • Monitor client health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies to prevent churn.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritising effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience within the recruitment, HR, or professional services industry.
  • Familiarity with remote work best practices and tools.
