Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML-driven automation solutions to optimize business processes.
- Integrate AI models and algorithms into existing automation platforms and enterprise systems.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and define solution scope.
- Develop and maintain robust automation scripts and tools primarily using Python and other relevant programming languages.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of all deployed automation solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation for processes, solution architectures, technical designs, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and intelligent automation technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of automation platforms and methodologies, including RPA, intelligent process automation, and cognitive automation.
