QA Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Remote Learning Coordinator with a flexible schedule to join our innovative Learning & Development team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery and coordination of our diverse range of online training programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for all participants. You’ll be the linchpin connecting learners, instructors, and content, expertly managing logistical elements, scheduling, and providing crucial technical support for virtual classrooms. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of our remote learning offerings, proactively troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimising operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for remote learning courses, including scheduling virtual sessions, managing participant registrations, and distributing pre-course materials.
 - Act as the primary point of contact for remote learners, addressing inquiries, providing technical assistance for virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, specific LMS), and offering general support.
 - Liaise with instructors to ensure they have the necessary resources, technical setup, and support for effective remote delivery, including content uploads and platform training.
 - Monitor participant engagement and progress during remote sessions, providing feedback and flagging potential issues to instructors and L&D managers.
 - Manage and update learning management systems (LMS) with course content, schedules, and participant data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
 - Collect and analyse feedback from remote learners and instructors to identify areas for improvement in course design, delivery, and overall experience.
 - Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, guides, and best practices for remote learning, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs.
 - Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing) to ensure smooth integration and promotion of remote learning initiatives.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a coordination, administrative, or support role, preferably within an educational or Learning & Development context.
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
 - Proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Slack).
 - Strong technical aptitude and comfort with learning new software and online platforms quickly, particularly Learning Management Systems (LMS).
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, empathetic, and helpful demeanour.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, demonstrating strong initiative and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
 - A stable and reliable internet connection suitable for consistent remote work.
 - Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
 - Experience specifically with Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar enterprise-level LMS platforms.
 - Familiarity with e-learning development tools and methodologies, such as SCORM or xAPI.
 - Understanding of adult learning principles and remote pedagogical approaches to enhance learner engagement.
