Job Description
Career.zycto is actively seeking an experienced and visionary AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for our next-generation artificial intelligence products. As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging AI trends to identify new opportunities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex AI research and capabilities into compelling product experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and validate product concepts.
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value, managing a dynamic product backlog.
- Launch new products and features in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams, developing go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to inform iterative improvements and future product development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., neural networks, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).
- Proven track record of defining, launching, and managing successful software products, particularly those with a strong AI component.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business value to technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
