As a Hotel Bellhop, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, often being the first and last point of contact for guests. Your primary role will be to assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, and provide helpful information about the hotel facilities and local attractions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and possesses a positive, can-do attitude. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and have a professional demeanor, even when facing demanding situations.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing a positive first and last impression.
- Efficiently assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure, ensuring safe and timely delivery to rooms or vehicles.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing an overview of hotel amenities, room features, and safety information.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel services, facilities, and local points of interest.
- Assist with guest requests and inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance areas.
- Assist in retrieving and storing guest items, packages, and mail.
- Operate hotel vehicles (if licensed and required) for guest transportation or errands.
- Uphold hotel standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physical capability to lift and transport luggage (up to 25kg) and stand/walk for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role (any industry).
- Familiarity with the Harborne/Birmingham area.
- Basic knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- A valid UK driving license.
