Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software, from procurement to disposal.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory database.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and optimizing utilization.
- Negotiate with vendors for IT asset procurement, maintenance, and support contracts.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in IT asset management.
- Prepare regular reports on IT asset status, utilization, and financial performance.
