Career.zycto is on the lookout for a highly skilled and dedicated IT Asset Manager to join our growing team in Perth CBD. As our IT Asset Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing the entire lifecycle of our hardware and software assets, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and eventual disposal. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software, from procurement to disposal.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory database.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and optimizing utilization.
  • Negotiate with vendors for IT asset procurement, maintenance, and support contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in IT asset management.
  • Prepare regular reports on IT asset status, utilization, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to align ITAM with organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal security policies related to IT assets.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) roles.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with ITAM tools and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with specific ITAM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti).
  • Familiarity with cloud asset management principles.
  • Knowledge of Australian IT security and data privacy regulations.
