Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced remote technical support for software applications, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
  • Monitor system performance and application health, proactively identifying potential problems.
  • Analyze error logs, trace application issues, and collaborate with development teams for root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Implement and deploy software patches, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
