Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors and clients, directing them appropriately and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with clarity, professionalism, and a helpful demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and common office spaces, ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and coordinating calendars.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, and through email correspondence.
- Perform general administrative duties such as accurate filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Operate standard office equipment effectively, including printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
