Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service reception area, waiting lounge, and vehicle service bays.

- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status, delays, or additional customer needs.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery post-service, including wiping down interiors and exterior spot cleaning.
