Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple, concurrent complex IT programs.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Oversee and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure adherence to program management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate program status, progress, and performance metrics to all relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Manage third-party vendors and external partners to ensure successful delivery of their components within the program.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement across future programs.
- Champion change management initiatives related to program outcomes to ensure successful adoption and benefit realization.
Required Skills
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in IT program or senior project management roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex IT programs from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in various program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budget planning and cost control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
