Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and negotiating favorable terms.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on supply chain metrics, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential supply chain disruptions.
- Utilize ERP systems and other specialized software for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles (forecasting, inventory management, logistics, procurement).
