Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring seamless workflow and resource allocation.
- Manage staff schedules, facilitate payroll processes, and handle various HR-related administrative tasks for non-medical personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with local health regulations, national guidelines, and organizational policies, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, control expenditures, and oversee the efficient procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with medical staff, department heads, and external stakeholders to optimize patient flow, service delivery, and interdepartmental communication.
- Implement and maintain efficient record-keeping systems, patient data management, and secure handling of sensitive information.
