Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive remote employee engagement strategy aligned with company values and business objectives.
 - Design and execute engaging internal communication campaigns to foster a strong sense of community and keep remote employees informed and connected.
 - Conduct regular employee engagement surveys, analyse feedback, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
 - Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to integrate engagement initiatives into talent management, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion programmes.
 - Organise and facilitate virtual events, workshops, and recognition programmes that enhance team cohesion and celebrate employee achievements.
 - Research and recommend innovative tools and technologies to improve remote employee experience and collaboration.
 - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
 - Act as an internal consultant and champion for employee well-being and a positive remote work culture.
 - Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in remote work and employee engagement.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR roles, specifically in a remote or hybrid setting.
 - Strong understanding of employee engagement theories, metrics, and best practices.
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
 - Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack) and HRIS platforms.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
 - Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
 - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
 - Empathy, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - CIPD qualification (or equivalent) in Employee Engagement or HR Management.
 - Experience working in a large, complex organisation.
 - Familiarity with change management principles and their application to employee engagement.
 - Experience with employee feedback platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp).
