Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper change and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, informing management of low inventory levels.
- Resolve customer concerns and feedback professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service and operational flow.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and cash reconciliation.
