Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and visionary AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next generation of AI-powered products. Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for engineering and data science teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimisation.
- Prioritise features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic importance.
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketing professionals to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key metrics, leveraging data insights to inform future product iterations and improvements.
- Act as the primary evangelist for your AI products, effectively communicating their value proposition to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to inform product innovation and strategy.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling successful AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and data science principles.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management, including agile methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Familiarity with market research tools and user feedback methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
