Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and validity of all procurement-related records.
  • Implement and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Conduct regular audits of procurement documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support the procurement team in preparing bid documents, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other tender-related paperwork.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to streamline documentation workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in document management and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of procurement information into relevant systems.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding procurement documentation and policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in document management, procurement administration, or a similar role.
